“Empowering School Leaders: Unlocking Excellence Through Training at SST Public School Rashidabad!”
We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the five-day School Management Team Training Sessions conducted by Kanwal Fawad, an ISO Certified Lead Auditor, Consultant, Trainer, and Director of Teach Learning Dimensions. The sessions were held from May 15th to May 19th, 2023 at SST Public School Rashidabad.
Let’s take a quick look at the topics covered during this enriching training program:
Day 1: Organizational Culture
On the first day, participants delved into the world of organizational culture. They explored the vital elements that shape a school’s culture and its profound impact on overall performance. The session provided insights on creating a positive culture, fostering trust, collaboration, and embracing diversity.
Day 2: Monitoring
The second day focused on the importance of effective monitoring techniques in school management. Participants discovered various monitoring strategies and tools to evaluate student progress, teacher performance, and overall institutional growth. This session empowered attendees to enhance their monitoring practices and ensure continuous improvement.
Day 3: Art of Effective Feedback
The third day centered around the art of providing effective feedback. Attendees learned valuable techniques for delivering constructive feedback to teachers, students, and staff. The session emphasized the significance of timely, specific, and actionable feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Day 4: Subject Coordination Meeting
On the fourth day, participants explored the essential aspects of subject coordination meetings. They gained insights into effective meeting strategies, facilitating collaboration among subject coordinators, and aligning curriculum goals. This session aimed to enhance communication and coordination among the subject departments for seamless academic progress.
Day 5: Comprehensive Review and Wrap-Up
The final day served as a comprehensive review of all the topics covered throughout the training program. Participants had the opportunity to reflect on their learnings, ask questions, and engage in meaningful discussions.

It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to our beloved Ex-Vice Principal, Mr. Muhammad Zubair, who has been an integral part of SST Public School Rashidabd for many years. As we prepare to say goodbye to him, we would like to take a moment to acknowledge his contributions and achievements during his tenure.
Mr. Muhammad Zubair has been an exemplary leader, mentor, and educator who has touched the lives of many students, parents, and faculty members. His dedication to providing quality education and creating a nurturing environment for our students has been unwavering, and his presence will be deeply missed.
At the farewell party, we had the opportunity to express our gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Muhammad Zubair and to wish him all the best in his future endeavors. We shared memories and stories of our time with him, and it was heartening to see how many lives he has impacted.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended the farewell party and made it a memorable evening for Mr. Muhammad Zubair. “Promoting Education Beyond Walls: SST Public School Rashidabad Hosts Visit from Government (Boys) Elementary School Islamkot Main”
Great news for the education community! SST Public School Rashidabad recently hosted a visit from the staff of Government (Boys) Elementary School Islamkot Main. The purpose of the visit was to witness the academic activities of our school and to exchange knowledge and ideas.
We were thrilled to have our fellow educators visit us and we hope they found the experience enriching and informative. Our school has always believed in promoting education beyond its walls and this visit was a step in that direction.
We take pride in our academic programs and facilities, and it was an honor to showcase them to our guests. We believe that such interactions between schools can lead to collaborations and partnerships that will benefit the education community as a whole.
We extend our gratitude to the staff of Government (Boys) Elementary School Islamkot Main for taking the time to visit us. We hope this visit has fostered a relationship of mutual respect and learning, and we look forward to similar visits in the future.
Teachers Training April 2023
Day 1: Introduction to Universal Design for Learning
The first day of the three-day teachers’ training session on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) with trainers Asif Khan and Mehrukh Malik started with an introduction to UDL. The trainers began the session by highlighting the importance of creating inclusive classrooms and how UDL can help educators achieve that goal.
The trainers went on to explain the three main principles of UDL: Multiple Means of Representation, Multiple Means of Action and Expression, and Multiple Means of Engagement. They emphasized that by using these principles, educators can create learning experiences that are accessible to all students, regardless of their learning differences.
The session also included practical examples of how to apply UDL principles in the classroom. The trainers demonstrated how to use different technologies and teaching strategies to provide students with multiple means of representation, action and expression, and engagement.
Day 2: Applying UDL in the Classroom
The second day of the training session focused on how to apply UDL principles in the classroom. The trainers began by reviewing the three main principles of UDL and then provided specific examples of how to apply them in different classroom settings.
The trainers emphasized the importance of using a variety of teaching strategies and technologies to support student learning. They demonstrated how to create inclusive lessons that engage students with different learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds.
The session also included small group activities where teachers were able to brainstorm and share ideas on how to apply UDL principles in their own classrooms. The trainers provided feedback and guidance to help teachers refine their ideas and make them more effective.
Day 3: Assessment and Reflection
The final day of the training session focused on assessment and reflection. The trainers discussed how to use UDL principles to create assessments that are accessible to all students. They also emphasized the importance of using assessments as a tool for learning, rather than just a way to measure student progress.
The trainers then led a reflection activity where teachers were able to discuss and share their experiences applying UDL principles in their own classrooms. Teachers were able to identify areas of success and areas where they could improve. The trainers provided feedback and guidance to help teachers continue to refine their teaching practices.
